Successful interview: your answers to typical questions that will please a HR manager
1. What do you know about our company?
This question is asked to find out how interested you are in finding a job in this company.
Answering this question, you can tell us something about the company's field of activity, its products and services, its achievements and reputation. An added benefit is your analysis of the information you have studied, demonstrating your analytical thinking skills. Be sure to study the company's website, social networks and customer reviews before the interview.
2. Tell us a little about yourself
The answer to this question will indicate the extent to which your education and work experience match the position for which you are applying.
In answering this question, you must tell us your professional biography in chronological order: Education, Work Experience from the side that corresponds to the job's field of activity. For example, if you are a graduate, you can tell us in which university you graduated, what specialisation you received, where you did an internship, what you learned during it and how you plan to develop in the company, and you can also mention your hobbies and personal achievements. The answer should be short and logical, no longer than three minutes.
3. What motivates you in your work?
This question helps to understand you as a person, how you fit into the team.
Be honest with yourself and do not hesitate to say what motivates you in your work. This could be remote work, collective or individual work, business travel or the absence of it. Think about what is important to you in your future work. Preferably, if they are examples of non-material motivation. This will ensure that you can agree on conditions that are comfortable for you at the initial stage.
4. What difficulties have you encountered in your work?
When you ask this question, expect an answer that shows how you struggle with and respond to problems.
You should give an example from your work or study experience where there was a problem situation and how you solved it. It is not necessary to say that you have not had any difficult situations or experienced any failures. Tell us how you were able to solve the problem, what conclusions you drew from it and how you subsequently used the useful experience.
5. Why did you leave your previous job?
It is important for the employer to understand why you are currently seeking employment and the reasons why you have resigned or wish to change jobs.
Your answer should sound positive and sincere. Formulate it in advance of the interview. It should reflect your motives and in no way criticize the management or the employer. It is better not to mention only the amount of salary as a reason for quitting. This will show that you can easily leave the company if you are offered a higher income. Therefore, you can give another important reason for yourself apart from the salary. Try to keep your answer short

Please note that you can ask the HR manager questions. Think about what is important to you in advance and clarify these points. We recommend that you ask:
What is the reason for the vacancy?
What is the basis of the remuneration and what is the motivation system?
Is there a benefits package and what is included?
What are the prospects for career advancement?
What are the company's strategic plans and development goals?
At the end of the interview, be sure to thank the manager of HR and indicate in what order and at what time you will receive feedback.
